Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including corporate clients, social events, and weddings.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities to enhance catering services.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to inquiries and requests.
Event Coordination:
- Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring they align with client expectations and company standards.
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to design menus, set up event logistics, and manage onsite execution.
- Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Team Leadership:
- Train and mentor sales coordinator to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
- Evaluate performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and report on sales performance, revenue, and market trends.
- Analyze data to provide insights for future sales strategies and improvements.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management, showcasing achievements and future opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, catering, or event management within a hotel, restaurant, or similar environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with catering management software.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
